1.) Open Hood.

2.) Disconnect Negative Battery Terminal.  You will need to do this to reset the PCM later anyhow, so just do it now.

3.) Remove Driver Side, side support using a ½” Socket.

4.) Remove Air Box using a screw driver to remove it from the Air Bellow, and pull up on it to remove it from lower fender wall.

5.) Remove IAT Sensor from Rubber Air Bellow by unclipping it.

6.) Remove all other sensors and Vacuum connection by unclipping them from the Throttle Body.

7.) Remove Rubber Air Bellow from Throttle Body by pulling hard.

8.) Loosen 2 10mm nuts on black Throttle Cable Holder from side of Throttle Body closest to firewall, this hold the throttle cable and cruise control cable in place

9.) Unhook the two cables by pulling up and out of the black Throttle plate mechanism.  These will be placed back on the new Throttle Body.

10.) Loosen and remove the 3; 10mm nuts holding on Throttle Body found at the top and two bottom corners of throttle body.

11.) Slowly apply pressure to various sides of throttle body to remove.

12.) Remove remains of throttle body gasket off of intake housing with a razor blade; be careful remains don’t fall into intake opening.

13.) Place new Throttle Body gasket on intake bolts and carefully line up new Throttle Body to intake bolts as well.

14.) After Throttle Body has been replaced, re-install the 3; 10mm bolts and tighten.

15.) Reinstall the Throttle cables to the throttle plate mechanism.

16.) Reinstall and tighten the 2; 10mm bolts for the throttle cable plate, to the side of the Throttle Body.

17.) Check to make sure cables to not get stuck on anything.

18.) Retighten the Negative Battery Terminal.

19.) Re-apply the rubber air bellow to the Throttle Body.

20.) Insert the IAT sensor back into the rubber air bellow.

21.) Re-install Air Box.

22.) Re-install the driver side, side support.

23.) Start Car, double check throttle cables, and gas pedal for proper function.

24.) Close Hood.

25.) Smile.  You just swapped out your Throttle Body!
